Spray Gun is very important for binder spray & mixing of liquid in side RMG/HSG. It helps reduction of lumps during process & decrease the load capacity of equipment. For this purpose we designed different top spray center mounted Or side mounted with designated spray pattern & multiple heads.

The liquid atomizing is control by varying the atomizing air & Fan air pressure without changing liquid flow rates. The flat spray pattern is controlled by varying the fan air pressure in conjunction with the atomizing air. This is effective for higher viscosity liquid, coating & suspension. Anti-bearding Flat Spray Air Cap can help to improve process quality, volume, and profitability.
